Join us for Open Mic Nights on Tuesdays from 5pm-6pm! These events provide an opportunity for students to give speeches, read poems, or other presentations in a low-pressure setting. Afterwards, the audience is welcome to provide feedback to ensure the speaker feels prepared for the real thing!

Our Book Club events take place on Thursdays from 5pm-7pm. Students are welcome to attend as an opportunity to carve out time to read for pleasure, class, or research. At the end, anyone may summarize/share comments on their reading with the group. This is an excellent way to prepare for academic discussions, or simply better digest what you read!

Have a free drink on us during Finals Week Study Sessions! Occurs during the last week of each semester. Times to be determined!

We know the importance of taking a break and encourage you to participate in our Cat Cafe events! Throughout the year, The Focus Blend partners with the local Humane Society to bring you cats to cuddle. This helps students destress while simultaneously raising awareness for our furry friends. Don't worry, we make sure to keep them away from the coffee!
